WHAT DO INVOICE MEANS
Invoice simply means as an itemized bill for goods and services rendered by an establishment to a customer. Items are listed with their corresponding prices and total amount payable to the seller. This document gives track to the items being sold (sales on cash and on credit in a particular time) and gives a clear understanding to the buyer about the goods/services received and paid.
The record of this document helps the businessman in checking if his workers are following the standard price of goods/services available in their company. He may have a basis of knowing the goods and services that are delightful to the customer and so he can provide the needs and perform necessary adjustments if needed.It does not gives only a hint to the businessman but also gives a basis in monitoring the physical inventory of goods available for sale. As i learned prior to my Management subjects, "stock cards are sometimes decisive"-inventories appears different from the stock card and thus with the actual counting of goods sold and unsold.
Businessman may have it as a tool in knowing the goods that were sold and were available with the support of some necessary data. It do helps organization to have a smooth flow of daily task and therefore helps to achieve the organization's goals and objectives.

Today's generation is merely different from the primitive era of the past. New technologist were invented and lot of old fashioned things were innovated which manifest how does the world improves and develops as time goes on. Speaking of development allow me to touch slightly the world of BUSINESS in the world of new discoveries most especially the INTERNET. Internet, a widespread communication instrument which may be created of various purposes is now the trend of our generation. Perhaps, its dichotomous results may not new to us however, let us know the impact of this discovery to the so called Business.
Business as defines by Webster as a profession, livelihood, work and may generally defines as trading or the art of buying and selling goods and services was influenced by internet. If businessmen before tend to transact their transactions laboriously, the internet now made it smooth and easy. Through internet businessmen from different side of the world communicates effectively. In fact, there was now an instant buying and selling through its usage. One of the best thing that it contributed to business is that, firms may internationally publish advertisements and updates their products. Consequently, consumers may have the best alternative to what product be purchased and consumed. In addition to it, internet is necessary to small and specially to big industries which have reached and built many branches since employees need an access of information for an easy going of transactions. So then, internet gives not smooth and easy contact to anyone who needs but also gives the charm to reap the cream of the crop in the field of business if use wisely and effecienlty.
